Nicholas Grier

Nicholas Grier is a Professor of Commercial Law at Abertay University in Dundee. Formerly a solicitor in private practice, he subsequently worked in the legal department of a merchant bank before moving into academia. He has written a number of books and articles on business, banking, corporate and insolvency law. He has been much involved in professional legal education, and regularly provides CPD and other training courses for lawyers, accountants and insolvency practitioners.
